- A multidisciplinary education
conference held in December of each year, which offers a wide rage
of seminars in family practice and specialty training for Category
1A CME.

- Offers quarterly dinner CME meetings
which offer physicians an opportunity to earn Category 1A CME
through out the year.
|
- Maintains a central phone and
mailing address for dissemination of information for all individual
and corporate matters.
|
- Helps the individual D.O., and the
profession as a whole, to better serve the interests of osteopathic
medicine, and concerns itself with the quality and cost of the
delivery of health care for citizens of Delaware
|
- Effectively represents the profession before legislative bodies
and government agencies on matters affecting the individual D.O. or
the osteopathic profession.
|
- Develops a public relations program
for within the profession as well as a program for informing the
public of the profession’s achievements and programs.
|
- Provides a liaison to all health
care organizations and agencies; maintains liaison with the Delaware
State Licensing Board.
|
- Coordinates communications and
functions with the American Osteopathic Association and all of its
subdivisions.
|
- Provides information to members and
other individuals and organizations that require data concerning a
doctor or the profession.
|
- Believes that the individual D.O.,
the total osteopathic profession and patient’s interests will be
best served by all D.O.s working together.
